By booking or using our services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. All services are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

 

Licensing & Compliance

Our spa and massage services are provided in compliance with the Florida Massage Therapy Practice Act (Chapter 480, Florida Statutes). All massage therapists working at this establishment are licensed by the State of Florida and meet the state’s requirements for education, examination, and background screening. Massage establishment licensing and therapist licensure are maintained in accordance with Florida law.

Clients acknowledge that they receive services from licensed professionals and agree to respect all applicable laws and regulations concerning massage therapy practice in Florida.

 

Health, Safety & Consent

Clients must complete a health intake form prior to receiving services, providing accurate information about medical conditions, allergies, injuries, and physical limitations. Clients understand that massage therapy is a therapeutic health care service and agree to inform the therapist of any discomfort during the session.

Our establishment strictly adheres to sanitation, safety, and professionalism standards required under Florida regulations. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or perform treatments outside the scope of licensed massage therapy services.

Operating Hours & Conduct

Massage services are provided during lawful business hours. In compliance with Florida statutory provisions, the establishment follows all local and state regulations governing hours of operation and safe conduct of services.

Clients agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times while on the premises. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

 

Liability

By accepting services, clients release the spa, its employees, and contractors from liability for any injury or condition that arises from activities not directly related to professional massage therapy or beyond the scope of the services provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice Requirement

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may result in a charge up to the full cost of the scheduled service. Payment may be retained or charged as per our booking policy.

Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing between the client and the spa.
